Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 April 2026 — Effective upon account creation or first use of the service.
What Giluma provides

Giluma is a chapter analysis tool for fiction writers. The service analyses chapter text you submit and returns editorial observations from a room of specialist agents. Giluma is a writing tool, not a replacement for human editorial judgment.

Observations produced by Giluma are suggestions, not verdicts. The writer retains full creative control and bears sole responsibility for decisions made about their manuscript.

Early access

Giluma is currently in early access. Access is by invitation only. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time during this period.

Early access accounts may be subject to usage limits, including a cap on the number of sessions per month. Any limits in effect will be communicated before they apply.

Sessions and credits

A session is one submission of a chapter for analysis. Each session runs your chapter through the full agent pipeline and returns a set of observations.

Pricing details, session credit amounts, and renewal terms will be published before any paid tier is launched. Early access users will receive advance notice of any pricing changes.

Unused session credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

During early access, if you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us at giluma.dev@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for sessions already consumed.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all manuscript text, notes, and creative work you submit to Giluma. By submitting content, you grant Giluma a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content for the purpose of generating editorial observations during your session.

We do not claim any rights to your manuscript, characters, plot, or any creative element. We do not use your content to train any model. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Giluma to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Service availability

Giluma is provided as-is during early access. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable for maintenance or at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Giluma is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or any outcome resulting from editorial observations provided by the system.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session or period in which the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
